Challenge Rides

To help fund its vital work, BHS Welfare organises and runs Challenge Rides to Peru, Jordan, Inner Mongolia, Iceland and now the magic of Rajasthan, India.

The year 2000 saw the launch of the first British Horse Society fundraising riding challenge, The 'Lawrence of Arabia' challenge. Since then the challenges have gone from strength to strength and the BHS now runs challenges in Peru, Jordan, Inner Mongolia, Iceland and India, each offering a unique riding and travel experience.

The BHS Welfare Department needs funds to assist with the running costs of its welfare work and to provide education and advice in the campaign to prevent cases of neglect. The BHS Riding Challenges are just one way in which you can raise funds for this worthy cause and fundraising doesn't come any more 'fun' than this! So saddle up for BHS Welfare and enjoy the experience of a lifetime.
